Phase 3: Contract Award

Following the receipt of tenders, you will need to ensure that each bid is compared in a fair and equitable manner.

This section of the PRP will provide you with the necessary guidance and documentation required to undertake the initial evaluation of all bids received, through to the award of the contract.

Any procurement that is subject to the provisions of the Public Procurement Directives must comply with the requirements of the mandatory standstill period prior to any contract being concluded. Click here for guidance regarding the standstill period.
